Meadows Place PONY Baseball depends on the support of individuals and businesses to provide a high-quality baseball program for the youth and families of our community. We could not do it without our sponsors!
The sponsorship program helps our league cover each season’s expenses such as field maintenance, baseball equipment, and other necessities. For those that have contributed previously, we thank you for your continued support. To new sponsors, we encourage your participation. To be a Meadows Place PONY Baseball sponsor, please fill out the accompanying Sponsorship Application and submit it to the league.
We offer a variety of sponsorship tiers from which you may choose. We encourage each of our teams to secure a sponsor of $150 or more each season. Unless otherwise noted, all sponsorships run the calendar year and can be renewed after December 31. Additionally, we are happy to announce that we are now an official 501(c)3 nonprofit, meaning that all donations and sponsorships are tax-deductible.
GRAND SLAM – Scoreboard Sponsor $3000
- Your name or company name/logo will be displayed on the scoreboard at one of our fields for a term of three (3) years.
- Your information will be displayed on the sponsorship page on our website (with hyperlink) and mentioned on our social media pages and in the Meadows Place newsletter
- Sponsor Plaque of the team of your choice (once per season)
HOME RUN – Field Sponsor (two available) $800*
- One of our baseball fields will be renamed at your choosing as “__________ Field” for a term of one (1) year (spring and fall seasons). A banner with your name/logo will be prominently displayed at that field.
- Your information will be displayed on the sponsorship page on our website (with hyperlink) and mentioned on our social media pages and in the Meadows Place newsletter
- Sponsor Plaque of the team of your choice (once per season)
TRIPLE – Dugout Sponsor (four available) $600*
- A banner with your name or company name/logo will be prominently displayed at one of our dugouts for a term of one (1) year (spring and fall seasons).
- Your information will be displayed on the sponsorship page on our website (with hyperlink) and mentioned on our social media pages and in the Meadows Place newsletter
- Sponsor Plaque of the team of your choice (once per season)
DOUBLE – Banner Sponsor $400*
- A banner with your name or company name/logo will be prominently displayed at our baseball facility for a term of one (1) year (spring and fall seasons)
- Your information will be displayed on the sponsorship page on our website (with hyperlink) and mentioned on our social media pages and in the Meadows Place newsletter
- Sponsor Plaque of the team of your choice (once per season)
SINGLE – Individual/Team Sponsor (one season) $50-$399
- Your information will be displayed on the sponsorship page on our website (with hyperlink) and mentioned on our social media pages and in the Meadows Place newsletter
- Sponsor Plaque of the team of your choice (for sponsors of $150 or greater)
